1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Padiso platform (“Service”), operated by PADISO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Padiso is an agent orchestration platform that enables users to deploy, manage, and scale background AI agents with integrations and MCP servers. The Service includes agent hosting, monitoring, analytics, and integration management.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Deploy agents that violate third-party rights or terms of service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service to send spam, malware, or conduct attacks
  • Exceed your plan's resource limits without upgrading
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

5. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data and agent configurations. We retain ownership of the Padiso platform, including all software, designs, and documentation. You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Level & Availability

We strive for 99.99% uptime. Enterprise plans include formal SLAs. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PADISO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination.
